Free Vision Day March 6th, 2015

Visual exam(screening) with Free pair of glasses for any patient who is uninsured or does not have the means to purchase glasses.
Included in the screening is a refraction, blood pressure measurement, Ocular pressure measurement, and Visual Acuity.
**Restrictions**
Any patient with vision care insurance will not be seen this day and is not eligible for this service. Upon check-in, my office will check to see if the patient has insurance.
A drivers license is required for ID purposes for all adults.
Pickup day is one day only and will be on Friday April 3th from 8AM to 1PM. Any glasses not picked up at this time will be sent back or donated.
